The scarcity of PMS has beginning to bring the criminal act of pipeline vandalism which from the story heard, there was an pipeline explosion in Ijegun- Lagos. From the story this evening (15th March) people are moving with Jerry cans towards that area, before the explosion. The Lagos state fire service was there on time but are handicap cos they couldn't cross to the explosion point as there was no conveyor to cross the side. We are yet to get update about any casualties. details will be given soon...
