Yesterday, 25 suspected Cultist students are arrested around 3.30am
at the Emii forrest near a river Owerri North Local Government area of
the state
during their initiation.
They are
aged between 19 - 32 and were apprehended with guns, charms and several
masquerades with blood stains suspected to be human blood.
The Police Command in the State, Abdul Mojeed said these boys were appended after a gun battle.

One of them said a friend asked him to follow him to another friend's place where he was served a bottle of drink and they both went to the bush near a river, he said some boys came and started beating them, Another Suspect said they were there for initiation and the initiation is by beating them and that they were blind-folded before all the process, he said during the initiation the Police came.
