According to report, Luiz Suarez is facing the article 39 of the FIFA disciplinary constitution for taking a bite on Giorgo Chiellini, which is two year ban.
Though FIFA disciplinary committee said this morning that it had opened proceedings against him and has asked his team to present evidence later today. "Any type of proof may be produced, including reports from referees, declarations from the parties and witnesses, material evidence, audio or video recordings’. the committee said.
