An Islamic Court has sentenced a man to be stoned to death for raping a 13 year old girl and infected her with HIV.
The 63 year old Man Ubale Saidu Dotsa said it is the handiwork of the Devil and he is not aware he is living with the virus.
Dotsa argued that the teenager tempted him by visiting his shop often at night.
The Magistrate Faruk Ahmed Ignore his plea for mercy, he said Dotsa has committed adultery.
